Competition Clinic this Saturday 10:30-11 a.m.

After practice Saturday, February 25 from 10:30-11 a.m. at Gill Park, Chris is hosting a competition swim clinic.

This will be a great opportunity for anyone new to U.S. Masters swim meets who wants to participate in an upcoming meet or wants a refresher course on swim meet basics. The clinic will cover the following:

• How a meet is run/what to expect
• Starts & turns
• Relays
• What's legal, what's not

Also, be sure to come with questions.
